My professional journey has predominantly been within academic and corporate roles spanning various industries and countries. I understand firsthand the pressures, anxieties, burnout, and stress that can accompany such experiences. My personal experiences led me to become a Mental Health First Aider and set me on the path to becoming a hypnotherapist.
My training encompasses management, listening skills, hypnotherapy, NLP, and coaching. While I may not possess all the answers, I am here to guide you in discovering the answers within yourself.
